Information we collect

• Account data: your email address, name, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email, avatar).
• Content data: the YouTube URLs or text you submit, the transcripts we retrieve, and the content packs we generate for you.
• Billing data: your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data: how many packs you generate, and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To generate content from the sources you submit.
• To process subscriptions and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to operate the service. Each only receives the data needed for their function:

• OpenAI — receives your source text to generate content packs.
• Supadata — receives YouTube URLs to fetch transcripts.
• Stripe — processes payments and stores billing details.
• Google — used for optional sign-in.
• Our hosting and database providers — store your account and content data.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated content at any time from your account settings; this also cancels any active subscription. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records).

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account controls or contact us.
