The service

Creator Content Week turns a source (a YouTube video or text you provide) into draft content for social platforms and newsletters using AI. Output is a starting point, not finished or fact-checked content.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Only submit sources you have the right to use. You are responsible for the rights to any video or text you input.
• Do not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Content ownership

As between you and us, you own the content packs generated for you, subject to the terms of our AI provider. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the suitability and legality of any content before you publish it.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until canceled.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Plan limits reset each calendar month.

AI disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. We make no warranty as to its accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Always review output before relying on or publishing it.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
